The piece is commissioned by and dedicated to Jyrki Myllärinen, who premiered the piece 10.4.2024 in Kuopio, Finland.

Grotta Azzurra is a beautiful, blu grotto in Capri, Italy. The grotto has very reverberant acoustics and sounds inside the grotto become fantasticly long because of the acoustics. The piece is made from the memory of visiting the grotto and the wonderful experience of the special acoustical and visual space.
